Starting Friday, Aug. 22, Lady Gaga will launch her six-concert ‘Mayhem Ball Tour’ residency at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
The 14-time Grammy winner’s other Big Apple shows are scheduled to take place Saturday, Aug. 23, Tuesday, Aug. 26, Wednesday, Aug. 27, Saturday, Sept. 6 and Sunday, Sept. 7.

At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets was $454 including fees on Vivid Seats.
Other shows have tickets starting anywhere from $523 to $612 including fees.
Yes, that’s probably a bit more expensive than you were expecting when you clicked on this story. However, this is largely because the “Shallow” singer’s playing such a small venue — Madison Square Garden has the ability to seat 19,500 Little Monsters — compared to her 2022 ‘Chromatica Ball Tour’ when she performed at the 82,500-seat MetLife Stadium.
“We chose arenas this time to give me the opportunity to control the details of the show in a way you simply can’t in stadiums—and honestly, I can’t wait,” Gaga, 39, shared on Instagram when announcing the tour. “This show is designed to be the kind of theatrical and electrifying experience that brings MAYHEM to life exactly how I envision it.”
And, based on reviews from past shows, she’s fulfilling her singular artistic vision and delivering a concert worthy of its hefty price tag.
“’Mayhem Ball’s’ masterfully macabre stage design, ghoulish costumes and choreography were impeccably executed by Gaga, her locked-in cast of dancers and a brawny backing band that turned even some of her clubbier hits into rockers,” The Seattle Times rhapsodized in a glowing review of a recent concert. “No detail was overlooked, from the way her dancers eerily slinked through the shadows to get into position between acts to the gothic lantern that hung aboard a haunted, hell-river vessel paddled by her wraithlike evil twin.”

On March 7, Lady Gaga dropped her seventh studio album “Mayhem.”
The energetic, maximalist dance pop record — which many rightly call a return to form — rarely takes a moment to breathe (save for the final two tracks, which veer into singalong ballad territory). Over its 53-minute runtime, Gaga goes hard providing her signature powerful vocals over shimmery synths, thumping percussion and the occasional epic guitar riff. And, yes, it’s an absolute blast that we went gaga over.
Standouts here include the anthemic, electro “Disease,” disco jam “Abracadabra,” creepy, hypnotic bop “Killah,” glittery foot-stomper “Zombieboy” and retro, New Wave-esque “Don’t Call Tonight.”
Still, our top track has to be the lead single, Gaga’s throwback “Die With A Smile” duet with Bruno Mars. Sweeping yet intimate and thrillingly romantic, the heartfelt tune pairs perfectly as an upbeat counterpart to her similarlly swooning “Shallow.” It’s essential and we’d bet will likely become a staple at Gaga tours for the next few decades.
