New York City pols strutted their stuff down the catwalk Wednesday in a bipartisan New York Fashion Week show “Style Across the Aisle,” spotlighting more than 30 local designers — but one group of elected officials was noticeably missing.

Mayoral hopeful and ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo, ex-Gov. David Paterson, Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine, and former Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney were among the top-billed politicians who sashayed the runway at New York County Surrogate’s Court.

“Today we’re kicking off fashion week and we’re raising money for a very important cause,” Maloney said while preparing for the show.

“Save the Garment District. Best in New York fashion [and it’s] a major industry for New York,” she added.

Cuomo’s competition, Mayor Eric Adams — who hosted last year’s fashion show at Gracie Mansion — and Democratic nominee for mayor, State Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani, declined to attend.

The city’s far-left-leaning representatives were also MIA at the event.

A campaign spokesperson for Adams, Todd Shapiro, took shots at Cuomo while explaining Hizzoner’s absence this year to Page Six.

“There is no one who more defines the word fashion in government — from his walk to his talk — than the Mayor. There are some elected officials who still wear suits from the 1970s. As Cuomo walks the catwalk at this event, Mayor Adams will be hosting town hall meetings in the five boroughs,” Shapiro said Tuesday.
